State of the art facilities with a team of academic, board certified radiologists providing sub specialty readings in all areas of Radiology. The teaching hospital system consists of medical students & residents. Hospital based practice with academic affiliation. All candidates must be comfortable doing 12,000 RVUs if not on a teaching post and 8,500 if teaching (must be able to read over 110 studies/day in a mix bag of modalities).

Neurorad – 250 bed hospital. Currently there are 6 other Rads in the dept. going to 7. Must be proficient in all modalities including some mammo. Teaching is available but not required. There are two shifts 9-6pm and 6p-11pm. Working the 2nd shift is shared 1:8. The weekends are covered with one rad working 7a-3pm and one rad working 3p-11p once a month. ]

Academic MR/MSK rad 500+ bed hospital. Currently there are 12 other rads in the dept. going to 14. Academic MR/MSK rad. Teaching is required.

Chest Rad – 500+ bed hospital. Currently there are 12 other rads in the dept. going to 14. Chest Radiology fellowship trained and proficient in Cardiac, CTA and ideally Cardiac MR. Teaching is required. Spend 50% of your time in your subspecialty. Share 1:4 cross sectional call.

Additional needs – 40+ bed hospital. Currently there are 6 FTE and 2 PTE looking for 3 more FTE. Ideal candidates are fellowship trained in either Neuroradiology, MRI, Breast Imaging, Cross Sectional, Body Imaging. Will consider non-fellowship trained. Work up to 40% in your subspecialty (Breast Imagers will work 2 of 5 days in Breast). There are two shifts 9-6pm and 6p-11pm. Working the 2nd shift is shared 1:8. The weekends are covered with 3 rads splitting 7a-3pm and 3p-11pm which translates to 1:3/1:4.

Virginia Seeks a full service radiologist

Hospital based private practice seeks another full service radiologist. Candidate must be proficient in all modalities - CT, MR, US, NM, XRay, Mammo as well as image-guided (CT, US) biopsies, thoras/paras and minimal (non angio) interventions. Fellowship is a plus but not required. The practice covers a 250 bed hospital and a free standing outpatient facility. 1:6 call with nighthawk at 9pm. Receive 350k+, 10 weeks vacation, full benefits. No buy in partnership after 2nd year. Located in south central Virginia on the NC border– 45 minute to Greensboro NC and 1 hour to Duke University/UNC Chapel Hill. 3 hours to the Chesapeake Bay and 15 minutes more you’ll be at the Atlantic ocean.

Outpatient imaging practice seeks a full service Radiologist. Must hold an active NY license. Ideal candidate is a Women’s Imager but Radiologists proficient in all diagnostic modalities including MQSA in mammo will be considered. The centers are open 7 days a week – and all rads work 5 days a week. Daily volume is 85 to 110 studies per day per rad. Employed position. Receive 325k salary plus benefits that include 3 to 5 weeks’ vacation, health insurance and occurrence malpractice insurance.

Hospital based private practice of 7 seeks a General Radiologist. Work Monday through Friday, no nights or weekends! Must be proficient in most modalities (MRI is preferred but not required).
